Your role will be to help Christophe (CEO) and Nicolas (CTO) be more efficient with their times and supporting interaction with the rest of the team.
What you will do
At Della, the executive assistant has a key role in the team, as the goal will be to help Christophe and Nicolas get more things done. The role might stretch some of what you are confortable doing but we will be supporting you and provide guidance. In some ways it is a great role if you want to learn how a startup operate.
Some of the tasks we consider for you might be:
- Successfully completing critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting emails, attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on agreed action items
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all relationships at all times
- Tracking special projects or on-going responsibilities such as tracking, reporting and presenting information
- Fulfilling a range of administrative tasks, such as invoicing clients, dealing with billing request, payroll and interfacing with our accountant in France and in the UK.
- Supporting the marketing team by helping organising event, coordinating the writing and the translation of certain piece of content, and more if interested.

What we're looking for
Della is seeking a talented individual who wants to have an opportunity to make an impact in a startup environment. The role is multifaceted and can evolved in many directions depending on what the candidates wants to do. We are looking for someone who can communicate extremely well in both French and English (the interviews will be conducted in both languages).
